Hello everyone! This travel blog is written by my sister and I (we are 9 & 11 right now) covering our adventures traveling around the world with our parents. This is from our point of view, not theirs. They would write something boring and romantic for sure! We feel really lucky to be able to travel to so many places around the world. Meanwhile, there is Mum and dad whinging about how expensive it is and we oughta not ruin it for them. Anyways, we are here to share our opinions with you which may influence the places you choose to go to as you plan your family trip! After all you want to know your kids will enjoy the trip too, right?
Each experience we share, you can expect only the truth and nothing more. Click on our adventures to enjoy the ride and wise up.
PS: We have been told we must also share a few opinions of our parents as you might want the adult low down.

Audrey
I was born in Melbourne, Australia in 2012 and am a dual citizen Australian / USA citizen. So I’m used to travel! Some of my earliest memories are in Australia between my mother and I at cafes, spending time together and drinking babycinos’. Our family moved to the USA when I was four years old. I am an avid reader; name a children’s book series and there is a great chance that I’ve read it! I enjoy anything Harry Potter or Percy Jackson, looming, and playing tennis with my dad. I am a vegetarian and love pasta, pastries and cake. I attended elementary school in Oregon, USA where my teachers have instilled in me that I can shine bright and I can make a positive difference in this World!
Chelsea
I too was born in Melbourne, Australia but two years later in 2014! I am happiest when I am outdoors in nature exploring. I must be physical during the day and struggle to read for hours like my sister. I get bored so easily otherwise. We make for fun traveling companions to mum and dad. I love screen-time, just give me an i-pad and I’ll be happy for hours. As you can tell I’m very different from my sister! I am very honest and just say it how it is! I do like more kinds of food than my sister and will try anything once. I even eat bacon sometimes!
From our parents:
We are also dual citizens and have travelled to many places around the world, both before and after the girls were born. Places that we have travelled with the girls include the USA, (Hawaii, Colorado, Arkansas, Mississippi, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Texas, California, Washington and Oregon) and Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Germany. We are now set to explore Malta, Spain, France and England as a family. We often enjoy the cities with all the attractions they offer, but also have a love for nature including national parks and camping.
Our adventures have led us to experience many hotels – average to luxury! Uncomfortable fold out beds to a luxury suite. Hotels with no pool to hotels with water parks and luxury hotels with infinity pools and spas. We have taken our girls to lots of tourist attractions, gardens, museums and we are here to tell you, it’s not always glamorous.
The girls love food, yes kids love food and they are often hangry, hungry + angry = hangry which means they will fight even in the most beautiful of hotels.
Our time in the USA and during Covid was when our family decided to become plant based inspired, for the most part vegetarians as eggs and goat’s cheese are still too hard to pass up. Every now and again Chelsea will sneak bacon from a breakfast buffet or a twiggy stick…which we are good with, we always let them decide. The youthful palette and vegetarian diet pose as challenging at times when we travel and they get tired of overly cheesy mac-n-cheese and soggy, overly buttered broccoli if there is even a kid’s menu. Oh, and please don’t serve up the adult fettuccine carbonara cream sauce, that’s too sophisticated, mature a sauce.
